On 3 April 2026, the Entelon team held talks at A2SV (Africa to Silicon Valley)'s headquarters in Gishushu, Kigali, with Shema Katende, A2SV's marketing lead.
A2SV moved its headquarters to Kigali in February 2026. Shema has described Rwanda as a hub for innovation, where strong government support and youth-focused initiatives made Kigali the ideal base for A2SV to scale across the continent.
A2SV gives Africa's top university students free technical education and connects them with global opportunities. It was the first of two meetings the Entelon team held at A2SV that month; two weeks later the team met A2SV's founder, Emre Varol.
